SOFTBALL WA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - INVITATION
In accordance with the Softball WA Constitution section 17.1 Notice of General Meetings a notice of every General Meeting shall be given to every Member, which will be undertaken via our newsletter. Notice of at least 60 days (excluding the meeting date) of a General Meeting shall be given to those Members entitled to receive notice with the agenda for the General Meeting, stating the business to be transacted, (including Board Member nominees and their qualifications) at the General Meeting shall be given at least 21 days prior to the General Meeting, together with a notice of motion.
