Masters Tournament Registration & Information
Published Thu 09 Sep 2021
Softball WA would like to update members on the costing, information and registration details for the upcoming Master's Tournament. We would like to thank our members for their feedback regarding the upcoming tournament. Softball WA welcomes your feedback and considers it positive. Your concerns and opinions regarding the Masters have encouraged SWA to review the costs associated with the tournament.
The original costing included entertainment, extra marquees, pop-up bars with local breweries & cocktails bars, food trucks, physio & massage facilities, shields & medallions and several other added benefits that were planned for the original intended for the Australian Master's Games. The costing also included in the price of a social event. We apologise for including these features in the original plan for the revised tournament. These features have now been withdrawn from the competition and only our canteen and BAR will be open.
Please find below the updated details:
- Team Fee $600
- Includes Umpire
- Includes Game Ball
- Date 9th,10th, 11th (Sat, Sun, Mon)
- 2 Games per day plus Finals
- The maximum team limit will be 20 teams for the competition (eg. 14 Women & 6 Men or 10 Women & 10 Men) - First Come, First Served and we will not be increasing the team limit.
Softball WA will be subsidising this competition in order to get it off the ground.
